Abstract Aim 1 - To compare the current standard of practice to existing guidelines and make appropriate changes. 2 set a clear pathway for referring patients ‘hot laparoscopic cholecystectomy’ pathway. 3 Avoid inappropriate booking Cholecystectomy who are not fulfilling criteria Hot Gall Bladder Pathway. 4 unnecessary delay in performing Laparoscopic patient with Acute Cholecystitis mild Biliary Pancreatitis. Method It was retrospective audit all underwent through Pathway between 1st February 2019 March 2020. We screened total 134 had been included this pathway, 36 excluded. 1- cholecystitis no associated organ dysfunction 63 2- Mild Pancreatitis 35 Results within index admission or weeks diagnosis 69 % (25/35). (mild moderate; Tokyo guideline grade I II) week 68.2 (43/63). Conclusions
